Several partner brands participated in the event. Some brands like Revlon, Cover Girl, Too Cool For School And Max Factor offered Make Up Sessions. Yves Rocher, Celeteque and Shiseido on the other hand conducts free skin consultations. Goody, Cure, Ralph Lauren, Lucido-L and Bifeste gave those who lined up some freebies. Also, Garnier unveiled their newest product which I'll be showing later. Here's a map of the area:
They have a total of eight talks and it was hosted by miss Tracy Abad.
Every talks is full since they allow walk ins.
I've joined (1) GET READY WITH THE BDJ BOX BEAUTY MINISTRY, (2) REFRESHINGLY GORGEOUS WITH GEORGINA WILSON, (3) SIGNATURE SCENTS WITH RALPH LAUREN, and (4) EXPRESS YOURSELF WITH MAYBELLINE.
My favorite talk would be the very first since I've learned many things from them. It's also fun to listen to them since it's just like you're asking a personal friend for a help and advice, and they also suggests alternatives which are pocket friendly.
While waiting for the next talks, you can visit the booths which offers some free services. Me and my friends tried Too Cool For School's free make up.
I love their BB Creams! It doesn't feel sticky and heavy, as if it's barely there. Too Cool For School has just started their venture here in the Philippines, and their also from Korea. Although the price is kinda expensive compared to other brands, I think it's worth it since they're just too good! Plus, the lady assisting us is really, really nice.
And like a ritual, every participant gets a loot bag.
What's inside: Women's Health and Cosmopolitan Magazine, Too Cool For School Discount Voucher, Goody Band, Bifesta Make Up Remover, Cure, Yves Rocher, several Celeteque products. Other products are from the booths.
Included in the loot bag is Garnier's newest product, PureActive Fruit Energy.
It's the same with the red one, but this one comes in a fruit variant. It's a combination of Grapefruit and Pomegranate. I've been using Garnier products for some time now, from facial wash, to toner, to creams, to roll on. Yes, i'm a fan of it. And now they're offering it in a new fruity variant, which is citrus. I love citrusy scents because their smell is energizing ( I actually got my Ralph Lauren sample in citrus scent even without smelling it). A full size (maybe the hundred ml) retails for Php 150.00 which will be out in the market this coming October.
The next event would be the BDJ Fair (unveiling of the new planner, yay!) which will be held on October 13, 2013 at SM Mall of Asia. Visit their Facebook Page for more updates. See you there, Bellas!
