Unfortunately, we arrived late, and we weren't able to catch miss Lissa Kahayon's talk. We were only able to listen to the other talks which all turned nice.
Miss Karen Bordador who hosted the event, is fun and bubbly. She's really an entertaining host since she knows how to handle the crowd well. And yes, she's so pretty. ;)
Mr. Richie Zamora of thepickiesteater.net is the second speaker. Need I say more about his blog genre?
Being a food blogger is no joke I think, 'cause you have to find unpopular restaurants that serve good food! (This burger is well-named, don't you think?)
He shared how his blog started. It was all unplanned. But then look at how successful his blog is now!
Last speaker is Ms. Reese Fernandez-Ruiz of rags2riches.net who shared their really inspiring story. Who would have thought that those foot rag in your house, with a little creativity, could turn into a wine jacket or a bag? They are helping several communities by providing them jobs and marketing the finished products.
The quotation on the right of the slide really got me. Instead of looking for a beautiful place, why not create it?
Of course, raffles and games are also present. Who wouldn't love to get a prize?
And as always, nobody goes home empty-handed! Ah, the perks of being a bella. ;)
